I was inspired to purchase this gi because my head instructor gave me an older one that was oversized but still perfectly crafted. Out of the many gi's I own, this is by far my most favorite. The snaps from it when performing are, without a doubt, the crispest I've ever personally experienced. I personally love the heavy and comfortably rigged feel for that extra mental fortification, especially during hot Georgia summers.

I bought this to practice the drill. However I found that this is very good pillow when I take a nap. After lunch, I don’t need to lay down. It’s very helpful for digestion. Very satisfied

I would definitely recommend working on your grip strength and not relying 100% on hooks, but these do help a lot when you're really trying to isolate a muscle movement and not worry about grip strength beinga limiting factor. Very heavy weight, the hooks feel like they're indestructible.

I have been adding weight to bodyweight exercises my entire workout career. This new belt has a nice blue color, and the Spartan logo looks cool as well. I ran the chain through the center hole of my olympic plates, and hangs well from waist. During my sets, the belt stays in place, and taking the plate back off is a breeze, as I only have to click the clasp, unhook the chain, and remove the plate. I think this is a quality belt, and I have no problem issuing it an official five star review.
